jigitz has had quite the journey thus far in his still-blooming career; after debuting in 2018, he somewhat disappeared for 5 years before reemerging thanks in part to social media virality. Now in 2025, he has at last released his debut EP all my exes live in brooklyn.all my exes live in brooklyn is an 8-track adventure that stretches well across the EDM realm. The project’s intro track “leave” lends one to believe a more ambient and ethereal EP is on the way, but it only takes to the next track “tell you straight” for the energy to completely shift to absolute hype mechanism. Throughout the collection, jigitz shows mastery in blending stunning shimmering vocals with gritty, bassy, breakbeat production (see “say you’ll never leave” and “pressure”).On the project, jigitz says, “all my exes live in brooklyn riffs off the George Strait classic, a nod to the ’90s country I grew up on, even though most of my exes actually live in Manhattan – Brooklyn just sounded better.” jigitz definitely shows his future is incredibly bright not just with the production, but the overall care and dedication to the EP. Stream the EP below and enjoy! jigitz – all my exes live in brooklyn
