Parallel Voices Releases ‘Aperture EP’ On Anjunadeep’s Explorations Label

Some tracks take time to find their place, and this one has been a long time coming. Parallel Voices, or Aditya Jain, is an Indian DJ and producer, who has steadily built a presence in the melodic and progressive house space. Much of that journey has taken shape within the Anjunadeep Explorations ecosystem, both through releases and performances. His journey with the label began with the Explorations 25 compilation back in 2023. Since then, he has followed it up with multiple EPs, earned support from artists like Hernan Cattaneo, Nora En Pure, Lane 8 and Marsh, and played across Anjunadeep shows in several cities. Now, he returns to the label with his new Aperture EP, which marks his fourth release within the ecosystem and follows projects like No Reason EP and Your Love EP, which have seen strong listener support. The EP includes 3 tracks – ‘Aperture‘, ‘Retrospect‘, and ‘Wherever‘, along with their extended mixes. But more than just a release, this one carries a story – especially when it comes to ‘Retrospect’. The track first started just before he travelled to Albania for Explorations in 2025. He played an early version during his Pool Party and Yacht Club sets, and the reaction was instant. Over time, it became one of his most requested IDs. Now, that same track is part of a release on the Explorations label ecosystem – the same place where it was first played. That’s what makes this moment feel complete. As per Aditya, his earlier work leaned more toward electronica and chilled textures. But being on road and playing more shows pulled him back towards the dancefloor. This project comes from that space – more melodic and progressive, more suited for his sets, but still carrying the emotional side of his sound.
