After more than two decades shaping the global blueprint for mountaintops electronic music festivals, Caprices Festival is officially entering a bold new chapter. The iconic Swiss winter gathering has announced that its 2026 Winter Edition will relocate from Crans-Montana to Eggli, Gstaad, bringing with it new stages, refined production, and a stacked first phase lineup for two weekends of music in the Alps: March 13–15 and March 20–22, 2026. Known for blending cutting-edge electronic music with breathtaking alpine scenery, Caprices’ move to Eggli, perched high above Gstaad, unlocks panoramic 360° views of the Swiss Alps and introduces an entirely reimagined festival infrastructure. The new site offers deeper integration with nature, improved protection from the elements, and expanded creative freedom for stage design, all while preserving the intimate, high-level experience Caprices is known for. A New Alpine Playground With Three Distinct Stages At the heart of the new location is a streamlined access system, with gondolas operating continuously from midday until 4AM, delivering guests to the summit in just seven minutes. Once at the top, attendees will experience three newly developed glasshouse stages, each crafted with its own sonic and visual identity: The Peak Stage – large-scale performances set against sweeping alpine backdrops The CNTRL Stage – an intimate space designed for extended sets and exclusive back-to-backs The Ridge Stage – focused on experimental sounds and immersive concepts Across all stages, Caprices will continue its reputation for world-class scenography, lighting design, video mapping, and installations. Caprices has always been about the connection between nature, art and music. By moving to Gstaad, we remain faithful to this vision while taking the overall experience to an even higher levelMaxime Léonard, Co-Founder and CEO of Caprices Honoring Legacy While Welcoming the Future The 2026 lineup reflects Caprices’ unique balance of legacy artists and forward-thinking talent.
