Gates of Agartha Festival has revealed its 2026 Croatia lineup, and it’s a proper underground affair. The boutique event returns to the historic Cave Romane quarry in Pula from June 4-7. It’s bringing together house and techno heavyweights in one of Europe’s most stunning natural venues. Leading the charge are Dutch duo ANOTR with a special extended sunrise set. Joining them will be Mau P and Spanish tech-house stalwart Dennis Cruz. UK producer Hot Since 82 rounds out the headliners, with rising star Mita Gami bringing his signature blend of indie electronic and hypnotic grooves to the ancient stone amphitheater. Underground Lineup in Historic Setting The four-day program kicks off June 4 with an exclusive opening party at Pula Castle. With minimal specialist Traumer setting the tone for Full Experience package holders. The main festival days at Cave Romane (June 5-6) feature genre-fluid sets from Avangart Tabldot and Saraga, perfectly aligned with the festival’s underground direction. Support comes from a carefully curated roster including Ace Brothers, Zoe Done, Pablo Panda, Mene, Moukaide, and Elena Mikac. The lineup spans underground house, minimal, deep tech, and melodic sounds – exactly what you’d want echoing off 2,000-year-old limestone walls. A 2,000-Year-Old Natural Amphitheater What sets Gates of Agartha apart isn’t just the music – it’s the otherworldly venue. Cave Romane is a limestone quarry that once supplied stone for the famous Pula Arena Roman amphitheatre. We’re talking towering 50-meter rock walls and natural acoustics that have been millennia in the making. Located in the coastal village of Vinkuran near Pula, the site sits within Istria’s historic landscape, a region locals call Terra Magica. When brothers Yalim and Yaaz Acar scouted this location, they found the perfect extension of their Echoes from Agartha festival concept from Cappadocia. Boutique Festival Experience “Gates of Agartha was never meant to be just another festival,” explain founders Yalim and Yaaz Acar. “Our vision has always been to create timeless moments where sound, history and community converge.” The brothers have built their reputation on staging electronic music events in historically significant locations. They have transformed ancient landscapes into cinematic festival settings. This Croatia edition is a collaboration with BSH Events, the regional electronic music promoter known for high-impact productions across Croatia’s major venues. With their loyal regional following and the festival’s international draw, this partnership makes perfect sense. Ticket prices range from €70-€180, with Full Experience packages including four nights’ accommodation at Monumenti, breakfast, fast-track entry, and access to both opening and afterparties. The closing afterparty on June 7 will wrap up the experience at a location still to be announced. Given the intimate scale and that lineup, Gates of Agartha 2026 is shaping up to be one of those “you had to be there” moments. Dancing to ANOTR’s sunrise set surrounded by ancient Roman stonework? That’s the kind of memory that sticks with you long after the last track fades. Tickets are currently available on the website. Stay tuned to EDMTunes for all your latest music updates.
