There is something that has been bothering me for years , felt like this was the time to share so people can understand how some artists move behind the scenes , I’m also speaking out for others that choose to stay silent” He went on to describe how it has been a continuous issue for him where artists do not want to play after him due to the “energy level” of his sets. “They Say it Clearly, not because of logistics or other reasons , just because of the ‘energy level’ of my sets, and that’s when it becomes personal” After it recently happened to him again, he clearly felt it was time to address this issue. “This whole story is not only about my playtime being replaced again, there is a bigger picture about a scene, a genre, a community and artist who consciously choose to try to weaken others instead of being a cultural force and yes-at some point not being afraid to proudly pass the torch to the next generation” In light of recent events Blastoyz shared his excitement for what’s to come.
