Apple Music is officially expanding deeper into dance music culture with the launch of Club Live, a brand-new live broadcast series built around real-time DJ sets, festivals, and global club experiences. The series officially debuts this weekend with EDC Las Vegas 2026, giving fans around the world the ability to stream performances live directly through Apple Music Club radio. According to Apple Music, Club Live was created as a way to bring listeners directly onto some of the world’s most culturally important dance floors through live audio broadcasts and on-demand DJ sets. The broadcasts will stream daily from May 15 through May 19 beginning at 7 PM PT, while rebroadcasts of the previous night’s performances will replay starting at 5:30 AM PT each morning. The launch lineup features some of electronic music’s biggest names, including Tiësto, Kaskade, Alison Wonderland, Armin van Buuren, Porter Robinson, Sofi Tukker, Boys Noize, Beltran, Sub Focus, Noizu, Walker & Royce b2b VNSSA, and GRiZ b2b Wooli. Apple Music also confirmed select performances will be available afterward in on-demand spatial audio exclusively through the platform. One of the most notable aspects is how it focuses on officially licensed DJ performances. Apple says the initiative uses technology from its DJ Mix program and Shazam-powered music identification systems, to properly clear, track, and monetize live mixes at scale. The company describes the platform as a way to remove traditional licensing barriers that have historically made live DJ recordings difficult to distribute legally. Teaming up with iconic festivals like EDC allows us to connect fans with the energy and culture of dance music at its source. With Club Live and Apple Music as the definitive destination for all EDC DJ sets, we’re opening up these defining cultural moments by bringing world-class performances and the energy of the dance floor to audiences everywhere.Stephen Campbell, Apple Music’s Global Head of Dance, Electronic Music & DJ Mixes Apple also confirmed Club Live will continue expanding beyond EDC Las Vegas, and will announce additional clubs, festivals, artists, and live electronic music broadcasts in the near future. The move represents another major sign of streaming platforms investing heavily into dance music infrastructure, particularly as live sets, DJ mixes, and festival culture continue becoming a larger part of global music consumption.
