What is dweller Yoga Workshop?

Dweller and Angelito partner to present the festival’s inaugural yoga activation, HEAL•IN: Restorative Flow led by Demiyah. This class invites participants of all experience levels into a spacious, grounding practice that weaves gentle movement, sound, and guided breathwork. Together, we’ll use fluid transitions and intentional pauses to create space for liberation in the body—actively engaging, softening, and reconnecting to our inherent strength. Sound and breath serve as anchors throughout the practice, supporting nervous system regulation while encouraging deeper listening and presence. In a world that asks so much of us, this class honours moving our bodies as a radical act of care. As we navigate challenging times, we come together to rest, to feel, and to remember the power of embodied connection. Expect a supportive, unhurried environment where effort and ease coexist, and where tending to the body becomes a pathway toward resilience, release, and collective healing. /// Violence, non-consensual touching, racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, ageist or other discriminatory language, and leering are not allowed within our walls or in our back yard. If someone says or does something to make you feel uncomfortable while you’re here, let us know. /// Accessibility: The wheelchair entrance to our indoor space is in the driveway, which is the access point most commonly used to enter Nowadays. During parties the driveway gate is locked, so please ask staff at the street entrance for assistance with entry. All of our bathrooms are gender-neutral. There is one accessible stall indoors. Just ask any Nowadays staff member for the key, and they can show you the way. During parties, seating is available both on and off the dance floor. While we don’t have a dedicated quiet space indoors during parties, the booths next to coat check are a little quieter, and the deck and back yard a little quieter than that. Most nighttime parties include the use of strobe lights and water based haze.
