Function

Function is a New York-born DJ and producer who began his career in the mid-90s, releasing his first 12" records on Damon Wild's Synewave and his own Infrastructure imprint. He collaborated with Regis as Portion Reform, releasing music on Downwards. Function relocated to Berlin in 2007 and worked with Regis and Silent Servant while focusing on the Sandwell District collective.

Hailing from Berlin, Germany, Function has established themselves as a distinctive voice, incorporating elements of Techno into a cohesive sonic identity. Function's sets draw from a broad palette of Techno influences, reflecting years of engagement with the genre's roots and its current directions.
